The industry-generated hysteria about the horrors of fire is blared out continually, year after year, for one reason. To enable the Timber Beasts, fully supported by the Lumber Service, to log our dwindling remaining forests to death. They want money; they don’t give a fuck about forests.

Our Capitalist government promotes the extraction and destruction of everything for money. Keeping ignorant people stirred up and afraid is a way to enable destruction of forests and every other form of wild nature.
