Really love this. It’s so true about how much we carry. Funnily enough I’m about to embark on a 10 week teaching in China normally I take a large bag plus in flight plus a very packed rucksack - always full of things I might need and frequently never do. This time I have trimmed everything down. I think fear is the reason for overpacking and carrying way too much.
