A little correction I want to make here, though i’m sure people can see how to correct me.

Participatory democracy and Industrial democracy have had different interpretations. Some authentic, and some were co-opted terms for the purpose of union busting and avoidance.

Industrial democracy had roughly three interpretations. The AFL, the IWW, and John D Rockefeller’s version.

Participatory democracy has had anarchist interpretations and it’s had the human resources interpretation.
