I have been sober curious for a long time. My fiancé doesn't drink & recently commented he doesn't like what drinking turns me into. I can be mean, over-the-top & really depressed once the party is over and im not surrounded by noise. Funnily enough, your sober date is my birthday. August 2nd. I will be re-reading this substack frequently when I need it most on the other, brighter side of this alcoholism.
