Gosh it's chilly out there! I just went take a photo of the long-lasting salvia pot, and it's still going strong, but that early autumn light is very definitely in stark contrast to a few weeks ago.

It was too cold to stay outside in my PJs, so I came in quickly and snapped these dahlias which I rescued yesterday from any more frosts.
