I live in Australia, not Canada so this doesn't affect me directly.

From my perspective, the endgame should be dissolution of Canada in its current form with each province either becoming an independent sovereign nation or joining up with others in the form a (very very) loose Confederacy.

Same goes for Australia where I Iive.
