Cindy

Raised Catholic, Worked in my parish for 20 + years, always had tiny questions lurking in the back of my mind.

How do you do

I have a habit of cleaning my plate. I assume it began with my mother telling me about starving children. But honestly when I clean my plate, really clean it, it is because what I am eating really tastes good. My husband quite often leaves one bite. No I don't finish it for him. No I'm not overweight either. I eat meals at meal time and drink water in between. While from where I stand, my husband snacks all daylong

I'm on a boat again for the next several months going to new places. Each day I have a little prayer time which consists mostly of praying for folks who are having a really hard time, or in bad health. I do try to remember to pray for me too, to ask God what I can do or be today that will spread some love and give strength to anyone I'm in you h with. I'm also being very open to the possibilities God is putting in front of me. This will not be a usual Lenten time, so I need to be super aware of what can be.
