This worries me, too. I think there's no escape. WAY too many have been poisoned. Now an interesting and disturbing question will be how pure bloods are affected by transfusions of the zombie blood. In the Omega Man/I am Legend story, the reverse cures the zombie. I suspect pure bloods will be on the losing end of this one.
