I had a customer that was one of Japanese-Americans that fought alongside Barney Hajiro. Like Barney he fought ferociously for the USA in WWII. He was awarded 3 Purple Hearts, 2Silver Stars and the Distinguish Cross.

He was a very humble man and a great Orange Grower. I was very honored to know Hiro Matsuro.
