Last night showed why the Democrats have a messaging problem. They got a slam dunk when a Republican yanked a sign out of a Democrat’s hand. But when Trump highlighted a cancer survivor so soon after slashing cancer research, the Democrats’ response was to just sit there. They need to fix this in order to permanently bury Trumpism.

This ought to be blasting at the White House and Mar-a-Lago.
