Earlier today we published an update on the reorganization and as suspected, the Agenda was gutted after Ms. Penna spent the morning in the District Office. Ms. Penna is no longer BOE President and even if she were it would not give her the ability to create an agenda that violated State law.

Changes include:

F. BOARD POLICIES/REGULATIONS (Removed)

G. RE-ADOPTION OF CURRICULUM (Removed)

H. ADOPTION OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PLAN (Removed)
