Zelensky will present his "Victory Plan" to his allies (i.e. sponsors), in Ramstein on October 12. The Americans didn't think much of it in New York, calling it a bunch of nonsense accompanied by a lot of wishful thinking. Perhaps he'll have more luck with the Europeans.

(Editor Note: Ramstein is the biggest US base in Europe - what an unusual place for a political speech - why not Strasbourg or Brussels?)
