(Unconfirmed) Source reports details of Russian Federation intelligence service group visiting Cuba in past weeks to encourage large scale military moves by Cuban special forces to enter regions bordering the US base at Guantanamo Bay. Intent is to seize “occupied territory” and publicly claim Cuban sovereignty in the run up to US elections, to 'give the Americans a problem to deal with in their immediate own back yard.' A reported deception operation will be mounted to allow for secret movements of Cuban 'deniable operation' guerilla force volunteers into closer proximity to the Guantanamo base area.
