There has been a lot of talk about how the 91 indictments against Trump, and the trickling out of each case, energized Trump’s campaign and his base. How different do you think things would look right now if DOJ had not pursued these cases? And for a completely insane hypothetical, where would we be if Biden, “for the good of the country…
I think another thing to think about with the campaign is what would likely happen if somehow, Nikki Haley does gain momentum and become a true contender. Trump would only become more unhinged than he already is, and would perhaps scare enough voters to change the outlook for November 2024. It may not be likely, but I think it’s plausible.
I think everything you’re saying makes complete sense and is probably how things will play out. Maybe I’m crazy, but if Trump were to ultimately fail, I think this is the way it has to happen. Not from one huge blow that changes everything, but from a gradual movement and realization of what a second term would look like. I know what the…
I think there is an argument to be made that the Democrats made a mistake not backing Kevin McCarthy. At a pivotal moment, he chose to set aside partisanship and broker a deal to keep government open. What if Biden, Jeffries and Schumer had come out with a statement of support and said, “We believe this could be a first step toward bring…
I have a question about the border. The GOP would have us believe that the Democrats have the equivalent of Walmart greeters welcoming migrants across the border. I assume that isn’t the case, but it feels like the Democrats, Biden, never talk about what they ARE doing. Wouldn’t a more vocal approach at least counter that a little bit? I…
It’s been more than 8 years since Trump announced he was running for president. And I agree with you that he won’t be done until he’s no longer with us. The thing that is so deflating as a Democrat is I don’t feel like there are really any goals for the GOP base other than more conspiracy theories, more gaslighting, and more whining abou…
How quickly do you think Republicans will try to rewrite history and their own perspective on the Trump years after he's gone? Do you think Trump finally gets exposed for we in the real world actually see him to be? Or does he become a saint who will forever be he revered for his selfless (LOL) efforts to protect us all from tyranny (LMAO)?
