A PHONE SCHOOL is a school that has no defined, comprehensive, consistently upheld and enforced phone policy; a school in which nearly all students are on phones at all times. I taught in one for 12 years. I need to tell anybody about it.

I was a high school English teacher for 14 years. For the last 12 years I worked in what I've come to call a Phone School - any school that, against all logic, allows phone use in its classrooms. I'm here to discuss my experiences.
