Does anyone really believe that SBF (Sam Bank-Man Fried) will really do any time? Really?
They'll find him guilty, they'll sentence him to some stupidly long prison term, then he'll be out in months. Because once the public forgets, it's over.
It will go to appeal, and his sentence will be reduced to time served.
SBF checked all the “correct” political boxes, which means he'll walk in months.
Just see if you can find anything about him in the news (3) months after his sentencing. You won't. But if you search, you'll find out he was released, or placed on some form of house arrest.
