Yeah i get it. But I can tell you first hand that when I was growing up they started letting some "tomboys" wrestle. You might get one or two a year in 14 and under. And every single male wrestler understood you take it easy on them by making it a quick pin. Usually a quick headlock bringing them to the ground slowly.
Not one of us wanted to wrestle them but we had to, and it was understood there was no "glory" in roughing up a girl.
In fact, it was just the opposite:
It would be utterly shameful to hurt them.
