Yes, a common misconception is that sleep sets the circadian rhythm. Sleep is actually an effect of the circadian rhythm. So, looking at the chart below, itโ€™s important the inputs are synchronized with the sun, but the outputs are naturally going to vary across the seasons. Make sense?
