Based in Shanghai, I am a Senior Fellow at the Yicai Research Institute, CIGI and the University of Alberta’s China Institute. From 2020 to 2023, I was the Opinion Editor at Yicai Global. Previously, I had a 30-year career at the Bank of Canada.
