Lifelong activist. Enlisted in America’s War on Poverty in 1971 serving in rural Oklahoma, Northern Kentucky and Appalachia. Co founded several nonprofits beginning with C/Birth, Inc., IMPACT, and the Connecticut Coalition Against Gun Violence.
