One thing I haven't that much discussion about is BASF shutting down much of its European operations as a permanent move to China. The interesting things with this:
1/ BASF is the world's largest chemical company in a number of different areas
2/ Its dead set against German policy on derisking
3/ It screws over BASF's European customers (who buy more than customers in China)
