When young, I lived two blocks from L.A.’s Chinatown. I learned about Dim Sum. Later, in San Gabriel Valley, my world expanded to include Vietnamese food. Now, in the PNW, I discovered Andrea’s cook books, and I can make my own favorite dishes.
