Make money doing the work you believe in

I remember fireweed in the mountains of Idaho and Montana. After wildfires, the landscape can be eerie: charred trees, ash, a deep, unsettled silence. And then, everywhere, fireweed, magenta blooms lifting out of the ruin. That image stayed with me.
