This does make the tiebreakers a bit more complicated. I kept same for the top 6 seeds, but put Heat over Kings because Miami swept that season series. And Warriors over Heat because while they tied season series the Warriors are the more interesting team in the real conference.

This would mean potentially Sixers would win and have to play Denver. If that’s not ‘fair’, I guess they should’ve won more regular season games! Easier in the East, no excuses.
