U.S. life expectancy is 48th in the world ( of 200 countries.) The most significant factor is increased/excess deaths of males in the 30 to 40mage group due to drug related deaths. You are not dealing with granular data, and thus have no evidence to conclude that either too much or too little is spent on health care in the U.S. Please refine your data and evidence if you want to make this argument.
