After listening to this I’m actually less sure that outright firing those people was the right move. They are dumb and inappropriate but a quick and slightly less heavy handed “Cut it the fuck out or you’re fired,” and probably shutting down those channels may have been better. Strange to me that I feel that way since I’m part of the 15% Trump voters here.
