I totally get that - SMS has turned into such a noisy channel even in the past 5 years since I started building Milo and certainly in the past 10 years when I was building Poppy.

Tbh, the ideal for me is to let people choose their media of choice - SMS, whatsapp, direct app. It's just for now, while we're building the main thing, we've had to choose and for so many people, the simplicity of SMS still beats the noisiness.

Sounds like it won't be a great fit for what you need right now but I appreciate you sharing how you need it to work.

I get your point but:

- It's not limited to the UV ecosystem. Hatch already supports it, and it's an official PEP.

- Even limited to the UV ecosystem, it has a lot of value for your own scripts or an homogeneous org.

- I doubt it will be just limited to running the scripts in the long run. It will probably eventually package it as a stand alone executable.

- Reading imports is unfortunately not reliable enough: package names don't always match import names, and they don't contain version.
