Biden is a politician. A president must be. He is not going to let a major issue get away from him. He will take Trump's issues away from him whenever and where he can. And the Chinese obviously have something to hide on the kne hand and are bragging that they handled this whole matter better than the US. Which again calls for response. Not really substantive
