Dutch expats I've spoken too are afraid to go there to visit friends and family. They aren't sure they'd be allowed to leave, or be let into Sweden again. Not going to write an essay on those points, how well- or unfounded such fears are: it says enought that such fear (which would have been laughed at just ten years ago) can even exist.
