Hey Substack writers! Do you use Chat with your subscribers? I’d appreciate a reply with your experience. Here’s why:

There’s real utility for me/my readers in a paywalled conversation space (see linked post/comments). BUT I’m super-wary of overloading myself/them with content and ping-y distraction.
