Male, 61, Rugby UK. PPMS diagnosed Q1'21, previously misdiagnosed. Q3'23: EDSS 6.0 (nearing 6.5), quite aggressive progression but NEIDA. Q2'23 BTKi Ph3 trial but terminated after 4 months. Q3'23 new lesions, starting Ocrelizumab.
