My mom, a lovely Irish woman with zero kitchen skills boiled everything till it was grey. I didn’t learn to like food until I met a man with right off the boat Italian family who graciously taught me to cook. If it wasn’t for them I’d still be using the 2 spices used in my home - salt & pepper.

Now I love to experiment in the kitchen!
