Which evidence bucket is weak?
Not:
"Do I qualify?"
That question is too broad.
The useful first pass is closer to:
- is the independent validation weak?
- is the original-contribution story specific enough?
- is the critical-role proof trapped inside one employer?
- does peer review connect to field significance?
- does salary evidence have a real comparator?
- is this actually an RFE/NOID objection-map problem?
- is this a legal timing issue that belongs with counsel first?
