Make money doing the work you believe in
I would not choose on firm name alone here. For an ERP background, I would screen counsel with a one-page evidence map first:
1. Define the field narrowly enough that ERP work is not treated as generic IT.
2. List the EB-1A criteria your record can actually support.
3. Under each criterion, separate employer/internal proof from independent proof.
4. Mark the weak link: original contribution, judging, media, awards, salary, membership, citation/adoption, or final-merits story.
5. Send that map to 2-3 attorneys and compare how specifically they react.
A useful attorney response sounds like: this proof is strong, this is too internal, this needs independent corroboration, and this criterion is not worth forcing. A vague "looks promising" is less useful.
