2. Which criteria are actually strongest?

3. Which proof is independent of your own employer, lab, or friends?

4. Where does the record show field-level reliance, not just activity?

5. What would an officer say in final merits if they ignored the resume narrative?

A stronger pre-lawyer packet has one table:

- criterion

- claim

- exhibit

- independent proof

- weakness

- next proof to build

- attorney question

If that table is empty, the next move is profile building, not legal drafting.

If the table is mostly filled but messy, the next move is organizing the record so counsel can stress-test it.
