For any Dems who underestimated and under appreciated Biden’s presidency, a reminder that he appointed a record number of the same federal judges that are now blocking Tr*mp and his bullshit.

Biden had flaws, sure, but an inability to play chess wasn’t one of them. He knew stacking the courts was going to be critical in this fight. Only three weeks in and he was dead right. Thanks, Joe!
