Born in Texas. Schooled at SF State, Texas Tech, U of Tx, U of PA. Supervised the technical editing staff of Bureau of Justice Statistics (DOJ). Retired in 2006. Moved to Silver City, NM. I have one son, Carlos. My wife Consuelo died in 2022.
