Your third paragraph from ..."the ability to move money in non-traceable fashion...now exists." I suspect it does exist for Mexican cartels and the Biden's, but the Panama Papers exposed some of it. It would be great if PBDC's were to become viable, but the only "non-traceable" transactions I can do are with cash, and there is a limit to how much the bank will give me without reporting to Fintrac.
