The Vermont State Supreme Court ruled that a school district cannot be sued for administering a COVID-19 vaccine to a young child despite the parents’ explicit instructions against it and the child’s clear statement he was not to be jabbed.

This ruling should be a grave concern for all parents and school districts, and it is why we strongly oppose School-Based Health Centers and United Way Community School Funding:
