Latypova writes:

The remarkable worldwide private sector science and crowd sourced document review and data analysis exposing DNA contamination, vaccine ingredients, genetic effects, and other adverse events has been compiled and has been introduced in court filings by Brook’s legal team.

Neither Judge Truncale nor DOJ took any notice of this evidence. Neither have provided any coherent explanation about why exposing fraud in the clinical trials would be contrary to United States public health policy.

Latypova wrote in a previous substack:

Motion to Dismiss (MTD) stated there should not be any oral arguments or hearings in the court, because “The United States should not be required to expend resources on a case that is inconsistent with its public health policy.”

• The real winners: The public that finally is listening to the truth about what happened with COVID shots.
