IFF’s annual report on wasteful government spending — the Pork Report — will arrive in November. The waste already found is truly astounding!
This newsletter cites an especially egregious waste of $177K by Ada County Highway District (ACHD), which recently rebranded by partnering with a fancy marketing firm in Tennessee to create a new logo, redesign their website, hold kickoff events, rewrap their vehicles to fit the rebranding. They even created stickers, t-shirts, lip balms, and packets of M&Ms to promote this rebrand to their 450 employees.
Really? Why? Oink Oink Oink Oink! 🐖🐷🐗🐽
