WHO is using ‘National Focal Points’ to synchronize and control global public health. By Dr. Peter McCullough | McCullough Report (10/21/24, podcast 58:13)
The pandemic response was perfectly coordinated all over the world, with everyone falling into lockstep at once. How did this happen?
Canadian attorney Lisa Miron explains that the 2005 International Health Regulations (IHRs) allow the WHO to set up National IHR Focal Points (NFPs) as coordinating centers for pandemic response. Under the IHRs, pretty much anything can be declared a pandemic, from climate change to a made-up disease.
This is absolutely shocking!
As the show explains, the WHO already has completed most steps it needs to dictate all aspects of the world’s plants, animals, and humans. We thought we had time before that WHO door clanged closed, but NO — the door already has slammed shut; they just have to turn the lock and swallow the key.
ED NOTE
We must immediately defund and exit the WHO and all globalist organizations. Then, find and remove from public influence any government employee, elected official, or non-government organizations (NGOs) associated with this scheme to rob nations and individuals of their autonomy and sovereignty. Finally, taking up the message of hope near the end of the podcast, we must work together at the local level, not be (too) demoralized, and RESIST!
The WHO asserts:
“While disease outbreaks and other acute public health risks are often unpredictable and require a range of responses, the International Health Regulations (2005) (IHR) provide an overarching legal framework that defines countries’ rights and obligations in handling public health events and emergencies that have the potential to cross borders.
The IHR is an instrument of international law that is legally binding on 196 countries, including the 194 WHO Member States. The IHR grew out of the response to deadly epidemics that once overran Europe. They create rights and obligations for countries, including the requirement to report public health events. The Regulations also outline the criteria to determine whether or not a particular event constitutes a “public health emergency of international concern.”
For the US and Canada, the NFP is the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) in Washington, DC. Additionally, the WHO also operates 149 WHO Country Offices.
