On Tuesday, Idahoans will be voting on HJR5, an amendment to the Idaho Constitution requiring that anyone voting in an election in Idaho must be a U.S. citizen. Is non-citizen voting a problem?

Well, yes it has been in other states and it could be here if we don’t enshrine this restriction into our Idaho Constitution.
