Trump stated:
I will protect the right of self-defense everywhere it is under siege and will sign concealed carry reciprocity. Your second amendment does not end at the state line.
What this means: If you have a concealed carry license, each state will have to honor it. Thus, if you have a Florida concealed carry permit, California would have to honor it.
