As we non-under-rock dwellers know by now, the new federal Dept. of Government Efficiency (DOGE) headed by Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy is about to seek out and destroy federal waste and overreach — we can only hope they will be successful, but all signs are good so far!
In his usual informative and entertaining way, Bryan Hyde discusses DOGE at the federal level. Then he tackles Idaho’s DOGE efforts, recently launched by some of our best new and seasoned legislators.
He asks everyone to carefully consider the proper role of government when supporting or opposing any proposed or existing legislation and governmental activities. Idaho Freedom Foundation’s methodology for evaluating government overreach and its upcoming Pork Report also are in the mix.
