This is the shift most people miss - the build cost of an AMS or a tracking dashboard has basically collapsed. I’m doing the work of a small team solo right now because the bottleneck moved from “can you build it” to “do you know which number actually matters.” The dashboards are easy now; the discipline to not measure everything is the hard part.
