Jorge A. Rodríguez (JAR) was born in 1967, Caracas, Venezuela. Plastic artist, teacher, illustrator and cartoonist. Bachelor of Plastic Arts from IUESAPAR, Caracas, Venezuela. He has been a plastic arts teacher for more than 20 years.
