It's an old proven strategy. The Germanic Goth "refugees used it against the Romans. Americans used it against Mexico to get Texas and California. Most recently Albania used it against Serbia to gain Kosovo. I'm sure the Muslims are using it now against Europe. History shows that multicultural societies end in civil war once one minority group becomes too large and powerful.
