Problem: Need a book without giving Bezos (or some other billionaire) a handout?
Solution: Check out bookshop.org. You buy a book, and a local bookstore gets the profits. It doesn’t get much simpler than that. You can choose which store gets your money, or the site will divvy your bucks out to all the little bookshops.
