Delton Chen
Delton Chen is the founder of the Global Carbon Reward (GCR) initiative. He is the author of the "Chen paper" mentioned in “The Ministry for the Future”. He developed carbon-QE and a taxonomy for climate damages, systemic risks, and market policies.
